Machine Service and Repair

Get your Domestic Machine (any brand) serviced by us at either of our locations in Auckland or Christchurch. Bring it in for a free assesment of whether your machine needs a bit of TLC or if its something more serious. 

Our Domestic Sewing Machine service includes a clean ,check threading , change the needles ,oil and grease where nessercary, polish sewing hook or loopers , check and adjust timing ,balance the tensions, and test the stitch patterns for just $126.50 . (parts and needles not included). If any further repairs are required we will let you know . 

If you need Industrial Sewing Machines Serviced or repaired , Embroidery Machine repairs or service ,steam equipment, fabric cutters etc  you can either bring it to one of our branches or book one of our technicians to come to you by contacting us either by email or phone:

Terms & Conditions:

• Hourly rate / Minimum service charge $110.00 ($126.50 plus GST ) Please note: Time spent travelling is paid for by the customer. Specialized equipment will be charged at a higher rate. Please call for more information. 
  
• Any warranty claim is to be determined by our technicians. Should the repair not be covered under warranty, the minimum service charge still applies to compensate for diagnosis time.
• Parts that may be required to complete a service job are an additional extra to the labour and travel charges.
• Technicians can act on behalf of the company to reserve the right to refuse service to anybody.
• By requesting a service, you have agreed to the terms and conditions listed on this page.
• All prices quoted on this website are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
